On October 21st, 2026, the State Treasury called for bidding a total of 17,000 on Government bonds, including 3-year (VND 500 billion), 5-year (VND 6,000 billion), 10-year (VND 9,000 billion), 15-year bonds (VND 1,000 billion) and 30-year bonds (VND 500 billion).
The winning ratios of 3-year, 5-year and 10-year bonds were 60%, 100% and 40%, respectively. The winning interest rates for the 3-year, 5-year and 10-year tenors remained unchanged compared to the previous session.

Year to date, the State Treasury issued approximately VND 337,079 billion of Government bonds across various tenors from 5 to 30 years, completing about 67.4% of the 2026 plan of VND 500,000 billion.
The winning value of 10-year bonds is the largest with VND 235,882 billion, followed by 5-year bonds with VND 96,002 billion and 15-year bonds with VND 3,250 billion. These three tenors account for about 99.4% of the total value since the beginning of 2026.
