On October 5th, 2020, VBMA attended the meeting of the Appraisal Council of the Draft Decree regulating the private corporate bond offering and trading in the domestic and international market. This draft Decree will replace Decree 163/3018 / ND-CP and ND81 / 2020 / ND-CP. The meeting was chaired by the Ministry of Justice with the participation of the Ministry of Finance - the agency drafting the Decree together with the State Bank, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of the Interior, the State capital management committee in member enterprises...
This draft Decree will be submitted to the Government for promulgation in the near future and will take effect from January 2021.
